Entrepreneurs CFOPick a time
A 30-minute video call is enough to see whether the month is the work, the reading is the work, or you only needed the boundary.
Use the form
The calendar
Choose a time that suits you. If the calendar stays quiet, the phone number in the footer reaches the same practice, and the form on this page reaches the same person.

You do not need a binder. Name the last month that felt finished, even if you only remember a season and a year. The decision that made you look, if you know it. Whether a payroll provider already runs payday for you. If you have a cover that asks for a signature, the sentence on that cover.
By the end of those 30 minutes you will hear one of three jobs. Catch up the months that never tied. Read a month that already ties. Or prepare the return because the folder is already complete. We will also say if the thing you were pointed at is a signed report. Better to hear that in minute five.
The call creates no engagement. A price shows up only on a later page that both of us sign. The 30 minutes themselves stay a conversation. You can decide the call was the whole help. Many founders only needed someone to confirm the order.

We use the time to name the job, not to tour the software. Either the open months need closing, or a finished month needs a reading, or the return can stand on months that already agree. Sometimes the thing you were sent here for is a signed cover, and the useful result is a referral. Leave the call with the job named, even when the job is a referral.
Bring a rough season if you do not have a month name. Last spring, this summer, the year you hired. That is enough for us to tell a short cleanup from a long one. A long one is still welcome. It is a different week and a different fee, and we will say both numbers only after we have seen the gap, not from a menu on this page.
If a lender, a buyer, or a tax notice put a date on your calendar, say the date. If their date is real, we will either map the weeks left or tell you the month is still a hole. A deadline printed by a lender still waits on a month that ties.

Some founders do not want a slot. They want to write one sentence and wait for a reply from the same practice. Skip the slot and use the note under the calendar. It reaches the same person. The footer phone does that. Neither one starts a subscription. A reply tells you what we would need to see, or tells you that this is the wrong shop for the signature someone requested.
You can read the rest of the site before you pick a time. The closed month, the three pages, October, and the boundary cover most of what we will say out loud. Looking through those pages leaves you off every client list. The company you built stays yours until a written scope says otherwise.
When you do pick a time, leave the shoebox where it is. A video call with both screens is the whole setup. A frozen screen gets a new slot. We do not ask you to narrate the books over a broken picture. We do not ask you to mail records to earn the first conversation.
Or send a note
If a calendar is the wrong tool today, a sentence still reaches the practice.
You will be talking to the Steven Palmieri practice.
